POSITION: Patient Transport Driver
LOCATION: Elizabethtown, Kentucky
QUALIFICATIONS:
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license
- at least 21 years old
- clean driving record as defined in policy
- ability to read GPS maps and navigate roadways
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TRAINING:
- shuttle patients in a Stepworks vehicle to various locations around Elizabethtown
- provide general supervision to outpatient patients
- maintain program rules in a manner that respects the dignity of our patients
- understand substance use disorder, treatment, and recovery (training provided)
- crisis intervention, first aid, CPR (training provided)
SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
