- Proven experience across the full marketing funnel, from brand awareness and lead generation to conversion and retention strategies, ideally within a creative agency environment
- Proficiency in social media content planning and execution
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines
- The confidence to work as an authoritative figure and manage upwards where required
- Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Up to date with evolutions in the marketing and technology fields, from both a professional and personal point of view
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
