Seeking a motivated, customer oriented, individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Inside Sales representative.
Summary:
In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and generating sales of spare parts.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Respond promptly to customer inquires via phone, email or other channels
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding product availability pricing and delivery.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally
Sales:
- Generate sales of spare parts by actively engaging with customers to identify their needs
- Prepare accurate, timely competitive quotes
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Send timely order acknowledgements to customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term business partnerships
Administrative Tasks:
- Enter and manage customer orders in ERP system
- Update and maintain customer records
- Track and prepare reports on sales performance and customer activity
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience (min. 2yr.) in customer service and/or inside sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management sills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Familiarity with ERP systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
