Purpose of Position Reporting to the VP Human Resources, the California HR Manager has responsibility for overseeing human resources function for the seven U.S.
facilities in California (approximately 200 employees), as well as provide support on regional or global projects providing value to overall employee experience.
- Develop and maintain close relationships across the facilities and local cross functional roles providing for clear direction and HR leadership presence.
Be the primary point of contact for General Managers of the facilities.
HR Managers for each of the modalities that these facilities are included in for various projects and analytics.
Work with managers to enforce employment policies.
These initiatives include employee engagement, performance management, managerial effectiveness and compensation reviews.
