Postion Overview:
SSC is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst, Junior to support the National Cyber Range Complex. This role provides programmatic and technical cyber security support to address challenges in advanced systems and applications.

The successful candidate will assist in integrating advanced cyber solutions into existing infrastructures, enhancing network security, and supporting compliance with system security policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide cyber security support to address programmatic and technical challenges in systems and applications.
- Integrate new architectural features into existing infrastructures and design cyber security architectural artifacts.
- Conduct architectural analysis and embed forensic tools for attack reconstruction.
- Assist in identifying and resolving threats and product vulnerabilities, with a focus on their interrelation with other systems.
- Produce high-quality assurance and information assurance documentation and reports.
- Resolve policy and process discrepancies for application and system acceptance.
- Design secure network and system security compliance policies.
- Perform risk assessments, analyze results, and assign risk levels to systems
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Cyber Security, IT, or a related field
- Experience and Industry Certifications evaluated in lieu of degree
- Familiarity with cyber security principles and tools.
- Knowledge of system architecture, forensic tools, and advanced threat analysis.
- Understanding of information assurance and quality assurance practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Other Requirements:
- Current active DoD Secret clearance, ability to hold Top Secret/SCI clearance
- Travel up to 10%, locations TBD.
