The Finish Supervisor oversees all Finish Department employees, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to company and industry quality standards for linen processing. This role includes training new employees, maintaining product quality, and collaborating with Customer Service to fulfill customer requests. Additionally, the Finish Supervisor monitors equipment and promptly reports any machine faults to the maintenance team. Finally, they ensure all linen is properly wrapped and sealed for the Transportation Department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise the Finish Department during the scheduled shift, providing assistance to Finish Employees when needed.
- Ensure that all industry standards and corporate policies are followed by all employees.
- Maintain an efficient production line that includes machinery/equipment and workers to meet production targets.
- Work with the Customer Service Department to handle quality-related customer concerns and to improve the Quality Control process.
- Notify Maintenance of any malfunctions or breakdowns of equipment promptly to avoid downtime.
- Supervise safety and security procedures to prevent accidents.
- Assure quality and production standards are achieved throughout the Finish Department.
- Verify the completion of all customer linen neatly folded and stacked to standard.
- MARGINAL FUNCTIONS The individual may be asked to perform other duties as requested.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- At least two years of plant operations, and supervisory experience required
- Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product and industry specific to the company is preferred.
