Working primarily inside hospitals, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing a variety of medical equipment used in surgical procedures, while providing installation support for complex machines.
Your day might start with a call from a hospital requiring immediate assistance with a malfunctioning piece of equipment. You'll use your technical know-how to diagnose the problem, work independently to fix it, yet have the advantage of a supportive team to back you up when needed.
This role is perfect for those with experience in HVAC repair, Mechanics, and other hands-on technical fields. Our specialists work remotely across various locations, focusing on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Your Responsibilities:
- Engage in comprehensive troubleshooting and maintenance on medical equipment systems.
- Prioritize tasks to meet customer needs efficiently and flexibly handle schedule changes.
- Collaborate with teams across different functions to escalate and resolve issues effectively.
- Communicate pricing and repair options to customers and drive engagement with the sales team.
- Provide support based on service agreements and customer needs.
What You Bring:
A High School Diploma or GED and at least 4 years of experience in mechanical or technical roles. Possessing additional certifications or experience in the military is a plus, as is having a valid driver's license and ability to meet background checks. Communication skills and basic computer competencies are essential.
