• Coordinate effectively to handle priorities, manage maintenance schedules, service calls, and installations autonomously in Ohio.
• Work alongside technical support and other teams to address complex issues while using cutting-edge technology for compliance tasks.
• Provide customers with clear repair options and pricing, enhancing service relations and recognizing potential sales openings.

Requirements
