Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Conduct essential diagnostic, repair, and upkeep for both STERIS and competitor devices.
Autonomously manage scheduling to prioritize customer and business demands, handling service visits, equipment installations, and warranty operations.
Coordinate with different teams such as Tech Support, Engineering, and Service Contract Management to escalate issues and achieve compliance targets through advanced technological resources.
Collaborate with clients, offering insights, pricing, plus repair solutions, under managerial guidance to foster sales relationships and identify potential revenue streams.
Support several locations in your territory tailored to service contracts and customer requirements.
Qualifications and Expertise:
Mandatory:
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years in work, including 2 years in technical/mechanical domains. Associate degrees, relevant certifications, competitive equipment training, or military experience may contribute toward experience criteria.
- Possess valid driving credentials and adequately complete assessments for existing and new vendor credentialing.
- Proficiency in customer and teamwork engagement, effective verbal and written communication.
- Solid grasp of basic computer tasks (MS Windows, Email, mobile applications).
- Ability to operate under flexible schedules inclusive of potential overnight and odd-hour requirements.
