Your Mission:

• Engage in repairs ranging from basic to intermediate level for surgical tools and devices according to specifications.
• Investigate issues within your role utilizing standardized testing methodologies, replacing faulty parts and reassembling equipment with precision.
• Nurture a proactive approach to identifying potential issues; escalate in a timely manner for effective resolution.
• Adhere strictly to Standard Work Instructions (SWI) and support the continuous improvement of ISO standards.
• Conduct routine audits and ensure compliance with safety and health protocols, wearing necessary protective equipment.
• Maintain effective communication and synergy within your high-performing team.

Qualifications:

• Required: Minimum of 1 year related experience or equivalent within the company, displaying hands-on expertise in repair, assembly, or testing procedures.
• High School Diploma or GED, good physical stamina to manage lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Preferred: Skilled in soldering and fine mechanical work, with vocational or technical certification as a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and coordination with a strong ability to communicate effectively.
