Your Responsibilities:
- Address service interruptions by performing maintenance tasks and repairs on both our equipment and those by competitors.
- Own your schedule, fulfilling customer and business demands while performing tasks like PM performance or new installations.
- Collaborate with various departments to navigate complex issues, using state-of-the-art technology to ensure compliance and resolution documentation.
- Engage with customers on technical solutions, price discussions, and potential sales, bridging the gap between service and revenue generation.
- Switch between various facilities in your territory, adapting to service agreement requirements and customer necessities.
Your Skill Set:
- High School Diploma or GED, coupled with 4 years of job experience, 2 of which in technical roles, or equivalent certifications.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet comprehensive credentialing needs.
- Competency in cultivating both customer and team relationships.
- Efficient communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proficient with computers – MS Windows, emails, mobile apps, and system navigation.
- A flexible approach to scheduling, sometimes requiring overnight or atypical working hours.
