Core Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair STERIS and other competitive equipment on-site, employing advanced technical skills.
• Independently manage and prioritize schedules to align with customer needs, handling maintenance, service calls, and installations.
• Collaborate with Tech Support and Engineering teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Build and foster relationships with sales teams, identifying potential sales opportunities to enhance customer experiences.
• Travel within the designated territory to meet service agreement obligations and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED, with 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to pass necessary background checks for vendor credentialing.
• Proficient in computer operations and communication skills.
• Flexibility for varying work hours and potential overnight schedules.
