This is a remote based Customer facing position. To support and service our Customers in this assigned territory candidates must be based out of one of the following states: STATE(S) WA or OR. This Director will be managing the Pacific Northwest Region for the Instrument Management Services (IMS) division.

What You Will Do As a Regional Sales Director
- Increase regional sales revenue and profitability through the direct supervision and management of assigned representatives.
- Work closely with individual Account Managers and Customers, analyzing Customer needs, and identifying customized solutions.
- Utilize advanced sales and Customer interaction skills to create and deliver presentations customized to individual Customers of varying levels.
- Coach and train direct reports on how to effectively understand Customer needs, selling Value Drivers, and resolving Customer needs to obtain business results.
- Work with Account Manager on developing effective opportunity plans.
- Manage sales activity and productivity reports for assigned representatives.
- Assist Vice President of Sales with planning and presentation of regional, divisional and national business meetings.
- Assist Area Vice President of Sales with preparation of regional business plan and assignment of regional sales quotas.
- Accountable for unbilled and uncollected revenue within the region.
- Responsible for hiring and training of new regional team members.
The Experience, Skills and Abilities Needed
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8 years of successful sales experience including a proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Ability to travel overnight up to 50%
- Must be able to be compliant with hospital/customer credentialing requirements
- Industry certifications such as IAHCSMM, AORN, CCSVP, SGNA preferred (or able to obtain in first year of employment)
- 3 years of sales management experience
- Medical industry or service sales experience

Salary : $98,750 - $148,050
