Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. This is a Temporary Position through April 15th and there is a possibility that the position is longer for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel while providing excellent customer support.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, and maintaining records.
- Inventory information received from clients.
- Utilize Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook for document creation, communication, and collaboration with team members.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including correspondence and office organization.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a clerical role is preferred.
- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices is essential.
- Proficiency in using Google Suite and other computer software applications is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with clients and team members.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
