Sterling Airways dba Aleutian Airways is a Part 121 airline. It is run by respected and successful long time aviation professionals with strong financial backing. We seek experienced Station Agents to work full time seasonally May 15 thru August 4. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferred experience as a Station Agent in a Part 121 environment
- Proficient in customer service (above wing) and ramp duties (below wing)
- Strong customer service skills with solid examples
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds consistently
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Ability to remain calm in adverse conditions
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Live within daily commutable distance to airport

RESPONSIBLITIES:
This position will report to the Lead Station Agent or Station Manager
· Keep the station orderly and clean.
- Maintain a clean and orderly station and ensure all equipment is functional
- Adhere to safety practices and regulations for boarding and deplaning
- Perform security duties and comply with local airport, FAA, and TSA policies
- Open and close the station, check in passengers and baggage
- Follow security procedures and perform Cargo Load Report procedures
- Assist with enplaning and deplaning passengers, conduct aircraft security searches
- Handle general ground operations, including marshalling aircraft and loading/unloading baggage
Pay starts at $19/hour and increases to $20/hour at 6 months. Experienced Agents will start at 20/hour.
