Aviation Recruiter
This is a daily onsite position in Anchorage, AK.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across a wide range of positions for our Alaska locations, including cabin crew, ground staff and office roles.
Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, job fairs, aviation schools, and networking.
Screen and assess candidates through interviews and assessments.
Coordinate interview logistics and candidate travel if needed.
Conduct background checks and facilitate the onboarding process.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Represent the airline at career fairs and recruitment events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2β5 years of recruitment experience; aviation industry experience preferred.
Strong industry knowledge of aviation roles and requirements.
Proficiency with ATS software and HR systems.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to travel as required.
Daily onsite position in Anchorage hangar
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience recruiting for airlines or in the aviation sector.
Understanding of aviation specific requirements.
Pay commensurate with experience
