Director, Procurement
Position Overview: The Director, Procurement is responsible for overseeing the procurement and supply chain operations related to aircraft parts, maintenance contracts, and other critical goods and services. This role ensures cost-effective purchasing, supplier relationship management, and compliance with industry regulations while supporting operational efficiency and strategic goals.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Aviation Management, or related field.
· 8 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or purchasing, preferably in the airline or aviation industry.
· Strong knowledge of airline operations, aircraft maintenance, and aviation supply chains.
· Proven experience in contract negotiations, vendor management, and cost reduction initiatives.
· Familiarity with industry regulations and procurement software.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings, quality, and operational efficiency.
· Oversee sourcing and purchasing of aircraft parts, maintenance services, and other airline operational needs.
· Identify and negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure completive pricing and service reliability.
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and service providers.
· Manage procurement budgets and tracking expenditures to align with corporate financial goals.
· Analyze procurement data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for savings.
· Ensure all procurement activities comply with airline industry regulations and align with industry best practices.
· Assess risks associated with supply chain disruptions and develop mitigation strategies.
· Analyze supplier performance and on-time delivery rates to ensure process efficiency and operational impact.
· Work closely with internal departments, including maintenance, operations, and finance to align procurement strategies with company goals.
· Lead and mentor procurement team, providing guidance on best practices and process efficiency.
· Staying updated on industry trends and market conditions affecting airline procurement.
