Sterling Auto Group is a family owned and operated dealership group located in Bryan/College Station, Texas. We seek an experienced, energetic, customer focused, Collision Estimator for our high volume, growing Collision Department.
Job Description:
The Collision Estimator is responsible for assisting Collision Center customers in checking in their damaged vehicles, writing repair estimates and overseeing the overall progression of the repair shop through the until completion. The Collision Estimator reports directly to the Collision Center Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Greets customers upon arrival and writes repair estimates.
2) Follows progress of vehicles while in shop to insure accurate and timely completion.
3) Submits estimates and supplements directly to Insurance companies.
4) Works directly with Insurance Adjustors insuring that all aspects of the claim are correct, complete and meet industry and dealership guidelines.
Job Requirements: Minimum 5 years Collision Center estimating experience required.
1) I-CAR, ASE certifications required. DRP, CCC , experience preferred.
2) Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
3) Valid driver's license
