Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform structural or replacement repairs to all assigned vehicles
- Restore assigned vehicles to pre-accident condition in accordance with industry standards and factory specifications
- Make “repair or replace” decisions concerning safety, costs, and cycle time
- Communicate and work closely with Body Shop Manager and Estimators on vehicle repair status
- Ongoing requirement to complete any mandatory certifications and training provided by the dealership and stay up to date with new technology
- Must follow all dealership and industry standard safety policies and procedures
- We are looking for a team player with a high level of motivation and two or more years of experience as a Body Shop Technician
- The ideal candidate must be coachable, have strong communication skills, and be able to work well with others as well as independently
- Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check & drug screen
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and be at least 21 years of age or have 3 full years of driving record
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required
