Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door visits to businesses to introduce and promote our fleet sales services
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with business owners, fleet managers, and other key decision-makers
- Oversee the end-to-end fleet sales process, including initial contact, needs assessment, proposal development, and closing the sale
- Present tailored solutions that include fleet vehicles, insurance packages, warranties, and additional value-added services
- Provide exceptional support to customers throughout the fleet acquisition process and ensure a seamless handover
- Identify potential businesses and opportunities for fleet sales by staying informed about local industries and market trends
- Work closely with internal teams, including finance and service departments, to ensure smooth execution of fleet deals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress using CRM tools
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to understand and explain fleet-related services, including insurance and warranty options
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for business visits
