Key Responsibilities
- Greet and direct guests to the appropriate person or department
- Answer, screen, and transfer calls using a multi-line phone system
- Provide accurate and basic information to customers over the phone
- Assist Sales and Administrative teams with light clerical duties
- Occasionally serve as the backup for the Service/Parts Cashier role
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area with necessary supplies
- Uphold confidentiality of company matters and adhere to policies and procedures
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual who demonstrates the following:
- At least two or more years of experience working in a customer service-based role
- A team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong communication skills, including verbal and non-verbal, and effective time management
- A professional demeanor and appearance
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks and drug screening
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and either a minimum age of 21 or at least three years of driving experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent education is required
