What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cigar Lounge Bartender position at Sterling Cigar Lounge and Bar?
-Sterling Cigar Lounge is Tampa's newest upscale cigar lounge located in the cigar capital of the world known as Ybor City .
-The lounge is outfitted with a highend exhaust ventilation system that changes the air in the space to bring in fresh air from outside.
-Sterling Cigar Lounge is looking for an upbeat/happy bartender/server with a minimum of 2 years bartending experience who can also help with speacialty cocktails.
-Job responsibilities include:
*****Total 14-30 hours weekly *****
#1: Must have quick response and being attentive to customers.
#2: Must have ability to survey all customers and ask them for refills when they are half way on their drinks.
#3: Must be able to work with others as a team and have the ability to create positive environment .
#4: Must have a happy and encouraging attitude at all times.
#5: Must be able to recognize steady customers and their names.
#6: Must have the same happy and uplifting attitude at all times even with repeat customers.
#7: Must be able to handle POS system resisters and glass washer machine.
#8: Must be able to handle constant cigar smoke and music noise.
#9: Must be willing to work all shifts day/evening/night and weekends.
#10: Take inventory of all spirits stock bar as required.
#11: Keeping the lounge clean and tidy. ( removing dust and ash from asy trays and sanitize tables and counter tops.)
#12: Seating guess as they come in.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $100.00 - $300.00 per day
