Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator located in Livonia, MI. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for projects, analyzing blueprints and specifications, visiting project sites, obtaining and reviewing offers from vendors and subcontractors, and collaborating with project managers and clients to ensure all project requirements are met. The Estimator will keep detailed records of all estimations, project proposals, and contract negotiations.

- Experience in cost estimation, project management, and budgeting
- Proficiency in analyzing blueprints, specifications, and project sites
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to engage with vendors and subcontractors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site in Livonia, MI
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
