- Minimum of 5 years of job-related experience
- Proficient in project budgeting and scheduling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to interact professionally and comfortably with a variety of personalities and communication styles and build and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to carefully reason through complex issues.
- Time management skills.

Job Description:
Project Manager
We are in search of a full-time on-site project manager to coordinate the construction of high-end custom homes. Under the supervision of company management, this candidate will work with our designers from preconstruction to final completion of each unique home. You will assist in compiling bids while coordinating subcontractors and materials on each your projects. This individual will have a positive attitude and mindset to overcome challenging situations.
General Responsibilities:
- On-site management of your project. Being accountable for the production and coordination of all trade partners from pre-construction to final completion.
- Maintain knowledge of latest trends in the construction industry and construction trade practices, procedures, techniques, equipment, materials, specifications, quality control, safety, applicable building codes and zoning ordinances.
- Maintain job records: plans, specifications, change orders, and reports.
- Read and interpret plans and specifications.
- Responsible for meeting completion dates.
- Consult with engineers, architects and owners on design problems after notifying office.
- Order, inspect, and verify deliveries for accuracy in quantity and measurement; identify quality problems and damage prior to signing delivery slip. Pick up materials only under emergency conditions.
- Solve problems and make quick, accurate decisions. Take responsibility for decisions.
- Maintain a high degree of integrity and loyalty toward the company. Motivate subordinates, trade contractors, and others to top performance.
- Monitor job costs – review initial estimates vs new and expected expenses. Notify office if exceeding estimated costs.
- Prepare and execute change orders as needed.
- Establish and maintain quality control standards and supervise their implementation.
