Key Responsibilities :
- Install, maintain, and repair precision grinding and polishing equipment at customer facilities.
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Provide hands-on training and ongoing technical support to customers, ensuring proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Work closely with the engineering team to resolve complex technical problems and ensure effective solutions.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and industry regulations during service activities.
- Maintain accurate and detailed service records, including parts usage and customer interactions.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications :
