Salary : $100k-$130k / yr.

Sterling Engineering is looking for a Maintenance Engineer for a leading manufacturer of consumer packaging solutions in Marcon, GA. This is a great opportunity with with a company that has great benefits!
Job Duties :
- Ensure prompt completion of RCFA’s and corrective actions.
- Track equipment downtime, repetitive failures, and causes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain reliability improvement plans for machinery.
- Update spare parts, equipment, and BOM in SAP.
- Integrate reliability improvements into routine and outage work.
- Provide technical support to Reliability, Operations, and Maintenance teams.
- Enhance predictive technology utilization to reduce unscheduled downtime.
- Support planners with PM development and inventory recommendations.
- Develop and implement reliability and precision maintenance standards.
- Support capital and repair projects.
- Champion safety and reliability in all capital and repair projects.
- Contribute to five-year repair plan and capital planning.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
8 years of reliability experience, industrial maintenance preferred (Pulp and Paper experience is a plus).
Strong knowledge of reliability concepts and application.
