Job Summary :
As a Mold Technician, you'll play a vital role in the world of injection molding, ensuring that every aspect of the process runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll take charge of mold setups, teardowns, and troubleshooting, using your expertise to maintain the highest quality standards in every product. Programming robots to enhance and optimize operations will be part of your routine, as well as mastering tools and techniques to keep presses running at standard cycles. Collaboration with your team will be key as you tackle challenges and maintain a seamless workflow. With a safety-first mindset, you'll uphold a clean and secure workspace, adhering to protocols like LOTO, Sling & Crane, and more. Your dedication and attention to detail will be instrumental in driving the success of our molding operations.
Qualifications :
- 2-5 years of injection molding experience.
- Knowledge of tools and mechanics related to molding machines.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and handle the physical demands of the role.
- Familiarity with blueprints, line diagrams, and molding machine control screens.
- A natural team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- A high school diploma (technical training is a plus).
- Strong motor skills and a safety-first mindset.
- Basic computer and math skills to troubleshoot with ease.
- The ability to communicate effectively and train others when needed.
