Job Responsibilities :
- Manage and optimize spring coiling lines for medical device production
- Develop and implement operational procedures, maintenance plans, and training materials
- Participate in equipment design, testing, and validation processes
- Analyze and improve manufacturing methods and processes
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and develop maintenance strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers on problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Develop and update technical documentation, including work instructions and specifications
- Optimize workspace and equipment layout for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate with production teams on product design and tooling
- Provide technical insights and recommendations to management
Requirements :
Pay : $120,000 - 140,000
