Title : Process Technician (Blow Mold)
Location : North Aurora, IL 60542
Hire Type : Direct Hire
Shift : 2nd 2 : 30p-10 : 30pm / 3rd 10 : 30p - 6 : 30am
Hourly Rate : $30hr - $35hr (based on experience)
Job Duties :
- As a Process Technician, you'll oversee the operations of 10-15 molding machines, ensuring they run efficiently and meet quality standards. Your role will include :
- Setting up machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment to meet production goals.
- Communicating effectively with team members about quality, safety, and productivity.
- Troubleshooting and reporting machine malfunctions while recommending improvements.
- Training and guiding material handlers to enhance overall team performance.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technology and methods in the industry.
