Hire Type : Direct Hire - $70k - $85k (based on experience)

What You’ll Do :
Lead Quality Initiatives : Oversee the development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, and procedures to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
Be a Change Agent : Help shift our organization from a reactive mindset to a proactive, preventative quality culture.
Drive Continuous Improvement : Partner with Operations to identify and implement quality-driven enhancements that improve efficiency and performance.
Strengthen Our QMS : Build, maintain, and continuously improve our Quality Management System (QMS) in collaboration with the Manufacturing Quality Manager.
Problem-Solve & Prevent Issues : Develop systems for identifying, analyzing, correcting, and preventing quality issues while working closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
Establish Best Practices : Engage with internal and external partners to implement industry-leading quality systems and processes.
Ensure Compliance & Audit Readiness : Maintain system integrity by ensuring all quality procedures align with customer requirements, regulatory standards, and audit expectations.
Champion Standardization : Create uniform quality standards across sites, fostering collaboration and best practice sharing across North America.
Manage Supplier Quality : Work closely with suppliers to uphold quality expectations and compliance standards.
