Recruiter

OVERVIEW :

Join a dynamic manufacturing organization as their in-house Recruiter, playing a crucial role in building and maintaining their workforce. This position offers competitive hourly compensation ($30-32 / hr) and the opportunity to work with a collaborative HR team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Source and recruit candidates for various manufacturing positions, from entry-level to technical roles
• Manage full-cycle recruitment process from initial screening to offer stage
• Coordinate and schedule interviews using a two-step process (Teams onsite)
• Utilize Workday ATS to track candidates and maintain recruitment data
• Partner with internal HR team to facilitate hiring processes
• Screen candidates for manufacturing positions including machine operators, material handlers, automation technicians,
• Maintenance technicians, and process technicians
• Support occasional engineering recruitment needs
• Handle direct recruitment without extensive agency involvement
• Maintain recruitment metrics and reporting
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
