OVERVIEW :
Join a dynamic manufacturing organization as their in-house Recruiter, playing a crucial role in building and maintaining their workforce. This position offers competitive hourly compensation ($30-32 / hr) and the opportunity to work with a collaborative HR team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Source and recruit candidates for various manufacturing positions, from entry-level to technical roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from initial screening to offer stage
- Coordinate and schedule interviews using a two-step process (Teams onsite)
- Utilize Workday ATS to track candidates and maintain recruitment data
- Partner with internal HR team to facilitate hiring processes
- Screen candidates for manufacturing positions including machine operators, material handlers, automation technicians,
- Maintenance technicians, and process technicians
- Support occasional engineering recruitment needs
- Handle direct recruitment without extensive agency involvement
- Maintain recruitment metrics and reporting
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
