Job Summary/Duties:
- Perform construction inspections for commercial and residential projects
- Customer service mindset, great communication skills and attention to detail.· Ability to communicate clearly to clients and field personnel.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of prior experience conducting inspections preferred, but not required. (Concrete, Soils & Aggregate, Asphalt, Reinforced Concrete, Foundations)
- · Must be certified as either ICC, ACI or WACEL Reinforced Concrete Inspector or equivalent.· Previous experience in construction or as a soil technician and problem soils monitoring is preferred.· Familiar with Commercial and Residential Construction.
