- Base Salary: $170,000 - $180,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the global project management team, ensuring successful execution of large-scale projects across multiple regions.
- Lead and manage a diverse group of project managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement best practices for project management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
- Identify and address project-related challenges, making strategic decisions to mitigate risks and ensure successful outcomes.
- Implement change management strategies to continuously improve project delivery processes and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Spearhead New Product Development (NPD) initiatives, working to align projects with evolving market demands and innovative solutions.
- Provide training and coaching for project managers, promoting professional development and upskilling across the team.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure project performance, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Foster a positive, collaborative culture by promoting open communication, teamwork, and accountability across global project teams.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in project management within the electrical utility or similar industry.
- Technical Degree
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing and growing project management teams.
- Strong understanding of NPD processes and the ability to drive innovation in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
