**Job Description:** We are looking for a skilled Maintenance and Repair Professional to join our team at Sterling Engineering. As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial packaging equipment and facilities support equipment with a high priority on maintenance and safety.
**Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment breakdowns involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and lubricating equipment
- Work from daily job assignments, prints, schematics, wiring diagrams, facility check sheets, machine manuals, sketches, preventive maintenance sheets, and instructions
**Requirements:
- Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems
- Ability to work overtime when necessary and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Able to lift up to 55 pounds and work on their feet for long periods of time (80-90% of shift)
