A well-established manufacturer is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Engineering Associate to enhance its engineering and production support team. This role will focus on sheet metal programming, CAD drawing revisions, and the efficient handling of daily engineering functions that contribute to streamlined manufacturing operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and adjust sheet metal programs using AMADA 4i software to support production needs.
• Coordinate with production to process and release daily manufacturing work orders.
• Revise and maintain engineering drawings in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, aligning with current design standards.
• Provide administrative and documentation support for the engineering department.
• Execute minor design updates through Engineering Change Requests (ECRs).
• Partner with cross-functional teams—production, design, and quality—to resolve manufacturing issues and improve workflow efficiency.
  
  

Ideal Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or related discipline) preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or engineering support capacity.
• Hands-on experience with AMADA 4i, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.
• Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication techniques and CNC programming principles.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Exposure to CNC programming or MasterCAM is highly desirable.
