Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to ensure building systems operate efficiently through preventative maintenance, repairs, and facility improvement projects. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with machinery or system assembly.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical components.
- Assist with facility improvement projects from planning to completion.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work collaboratively to optimize facility operations.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Mechanical experience, preferably in machine or system assembly.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
- Familiarity with refrigeration systems is a plus.
- Ability to read piping and wiring schematics is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
