Job Summary :
Maintain and repair refrigeration and HVAC systems, specializing in centrifugal, screw, and positive displacement compressors within a manufacturing environment.
Job Duties :
- Service, troubleshoot, and repair refrigeration systems and chillers.
- Analyze electrical diagrams and work with voltages (24Vac, 120Vac, 460Vac).
- Install, maintain, and repair walk-in coolers / freezers, ensuring proper temperature regulation.
- Perform advanced calculations (e.g., superheat, subcooling) to optimize system efficiency.
- Operate and troubleshoot Beacon 2 and IntelliGen controllers.
- Contribute to maintenance planning, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Train others in advanced HVAC / R tasks and ensure compliance with safety and GMP standards.
- Work with BAS / I / O systems, including sensors, actuators, valves, and controllers.
