Job Description:
Sterling Engineering is looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for increasing equipment uptime and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and establish a Root Cause Analysis team to identify issues and implement corrective actions
- Audit and evaluate preventive maintenance practices, establishing performance metrics
- Support department objectives, including maintenance programs, RCA, and safety initiatives
- Drive the migration from reactive to predictive maintenance using operational data analysis
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or related field
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in industrial manufacturing environment (Food/Beverage preferred)
- Minimum 2 years in maintenance, reliability, or industrial engineering
