Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the deployment of the company's production system
- Conduct Lean Six Sigma training and manage improvement projects
- Develop and implement plant transformation roadmaps
- Analyze performance data and identify improvement opportunities
- Drive digital innovation through advanced analytics and MES optimization
- Execute continuous improvement strategies aligned with business objectives
- Partner with departments to streamline processes and reduce waste
- Lead value stream mapping exercises and implement future state designs
- Develop measurement systems supporting lean manufacturing
- Train teams on lean concepts and optimize floor layouts
- Facilitate cross-functional initiatives to achieve operational excellence
- Manage and support MES reporting across plants
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 10 years of relevant manufacturing experience
- Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma
- Professional Project Manager Certification
- Strong experience in project portfolio management and reporting (5 years)
- Proficiency in MES, SAP, and Power BI (including DAX and Power Automate)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Salary : $115,000 - $140,000
