Job Responsibilities :
- Manage and lead a technical maintenance team
- Oversee hiring, performance reviews, and skill development of staff
- Utilize CMMS for work order management and progress tracking
- Develop and implement work instructions and training programs
- Coordinate workload and schedule maintenance activities
- Monitor and improve Key Performance Indicators
- Implement and sustain LEAN, 5-S, and Total Productive Maintenance initiatives
- Ensure equipment operates within specifications and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize maintenance schedules
- Oversee preventative maintenance, calibration, and record-keeping
- Assist with equipment installation, qualification, and plant expansions
- Maintain a safe working environment and promote safety practices
Requirements :
8 years experience in large equipment maintenance
