This hands-off leadership position will allow you to guide a skilled maintenance team, ensuring operational excellence in an organization that values efficiency, environmental responsibility, and a commitment to the circular economy. Your ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish will be crucial to fostering collaboration and team success.
What You’ll Do :
- Collaborate with operations to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks.
- Lead safety briefings, task assignments, and after-action reviews.
- Oversee preventive maintenance inspections and repairs on both engine-driven and stationary electrically driven equipment.
- Manage reactive maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and team training.
- Ensure the maintenance of non-equipment assets, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and minor construction work.
- Identify, source, and coordinate parts, materials, and third-party vendor support.
- Handle administrative tasks like timesheet review, employee evaluations, coaching, and interviewing new hires.
