Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company vehicle in compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
- Perform diagnostics, installations, and removals of residential and commercial water treatment equipment.
- Troubleshoot malfunctions and provide effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction.
- Communicate equipment status and service details with customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Ensure timely payment collection and assist with past-due receivables to maintain a healthy cash flow.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with the Windsor, CT area.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift 80-100 pounds and kneel/bend for extended periods.
- Must pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
