Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop technical and non-technical production teams
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for safety, quality, and productivity
- Manage production operations to meet customer quality and delivery expectations
- Coordinate lean manufacturing practices across global plants
- Oversee capital budgets and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and teamwork
- Support new product industrialization and plant layout transformations
- Analyze root causes and implement corrective actions for production issues
- Develop and execute strategic plans for production performance
- Maintain a safe working environment and participate in safety programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 8 years of experience, including 3-5 years in management roles
- Lean Manufacturing experience
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Preferred skills: Injection molding experience, medical device manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, SAP knowledge
