- Lead daily production operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Analyze, control, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Organize production workflows to meet schedules and delivery targets, minimizing downtime and work-in-process inventory.
- Motivate, train, and mentor production staff to foster teamwork and continuous development.
- Ensure high-quality component production, meeting industry standards and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to support product improvements and resolve technical challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate performance across production processes.
- Prepare regular reports on production status for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in production management within a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team of 60-70 employees effectively.
- Strong understanding of engineering concepts such as Bill of Materials, costing, product design, and CAD.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example, motivating teams to achieve production goals while fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and senior management.
