Job Purpose
Manage inventory cycle and inventory accuracy. Ensure contract and material compliance for suppliers and customers.
Responsibilities
- Orders material for production lines in assigned building locations and cribs
- Reviews planned orders, current inventories, and issues purchase orders
- Manages Inventory Cycle Count Program; prints monthly cycle counts with counts performed by direct reports
- Runs reports to analyze EDI demand forecasting for 12-month production; compares LN reports to MRC to make sure they are aligned
- Serves as backup for indirect purchases and places orders for shop floor needs
- Supervise, evaluate, and support work of direct reports
- Perform physical inventories
- Act as customer service POC for multiple accounts
- May assist with supplier and customer negotiations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field of study required
- 5 years of experience in inventory control and/or management
- 5 years’ experience managing the work of others
- Experience forecasting and budgeting
- Experience using SAP or other related software
- Microsoft Office skills required
Salary : $95,000 - $115,000
