Overview of Job:
- Mechanical Design: Lead the design and development of power generation systems, creating detailed mechanical drawings and models using CAD software. Ensure designs meet client specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Project Engineering: Manage and coordinate engineering projects from concept to completion, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution. Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, and oversee project deliverables.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for design and process improvements to enhance product performance, reduce costs, and streamline production processes.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of engineering designs, project status reports, and product specifications. Provide regular updates to project stakeholders and assist in the preparation of technical reports.
- Bachelors in Engineering required
- At least three years of mechanical design experience
- CAD experience a must, Solidworks preferred
