Location : Just North of Akron, OH
Schedule : Hybrid
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000 base
Responsibilities :
- Design components and systems using SolidWorks for metal processing applications
- Contribute to product development from concept through to production
- Provide sustaining engineering support for existing products
- Lead and manage projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Travel to customer sites for product installations, troubleshooting, and relationship-building
- Perform Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to assess and mitigate risks in designs
