What You'll Do
- Design and develop custom mechanical systems and components for automated machinery
- Lead full project lifecycles, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliverables
- Conduct simulations, testing, and technical analysis to ensure system reliability
- Manage procurement of materials and outside services to meet quality and cost goals
- Integrate mechanical designs with electrical and software systems
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge-sharing
- Document designs, create reports, and develop technical manuals
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- 5 years of experience in mechanical design, automation, or manufacturing engineering
- 2 years of project management experience in machinery, robotics, or automation systems
- SolidWorks (or equivalent CAD) proficiency; simulation experience preferred
- Familiarity with robotics, motion control, pneumatics, and control systems
- Proven ability to lead projects and coordinate across departments
- PMP certification and/or experience with Lean or Six Sigma is a plus
- Willingness to relocate (relocation assistance provided)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. – no visa sponsorship or transfers available
