About the Role:
Sterling Engineering is seeking a skilled Mechanical Systems Engineer to join our maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for increasing equipment uptime and reliability using root cause analysis methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Establish a Root Cause Analysis team to identify issues and implement corrective actions
- Develop and monitor performance metrics for preventive maintenance practices
- Support department objectives, including maintenance programs, RCA, and safety initiatives
- Implement predictive maintenance using operational data analysis
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or related field
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in industrial manufacturing environment (Food/Beverage preferred)
- Minimum 2 years in maintenance, reliability, or industrial engineering
