Key Responsibilities :
- Retain existing customers while actively pursuing new business opportunities to meet sales goals.
- Provide tailored recommendations and customized solutions, ensuring that product offerings meet the specific needs of each customer.
- Prepare detailed product and service quotations and present proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales transactions effectively.
- Initiate sales calls, deliver presentations, and highlight the features and benefits of recommended solutions to customers across diverse industrial applications.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate with OEMs, engineers, and technical teams to fully understand customer needs and deliver precise specifications.
- Oversee the delivery, installation, and maintenance of systems, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting as needed.
